For bodyshops that already understand the value of hot stapler repair, the new Power-TEC 92769 Mains Powered Hot Stapler Kit with assorted staples takes plastic component repair to the next level, delivering strong, flexible results in seconds with no batteries, no gas and no unnecessary material build-up. Designed for fast, professional repairs to damaged plastic body components, the handheld 240V AC hot stapler gun features adjustable staple temperature control and an easy-to-read LCD screen for accurate setup. A built-in LED light also helps when working in dark or awkward repair areas.

 

Unlike traditional gluing or plastic repair methods, the hot stapler system creates a secure repair without excess material, helping technicians achieve a clean and controlled finish with minimal preparation and interruption. Microprocessor-controlled temperature adjustment provides four heating levels — 15W, 30W, 50W and 75W — giving users the flexibility to match the repair to the application.

 

Because the unit is mains powered, there is no need for batteries or gas, ensuring uninterrupted continuous operation throughout the working day. The kit is supplied with six staple types in both 0.6mm and 0.8mm sizes, with 50 staples of each type included, covering outside corner, inside corner, flat and wave staple styles. It also includes an additional melt head with smoothing wire for added versatility.

Suitable for professional workshop use, the 92769 Hot Stapler Kit is CE, RoHS and REACH compliant and has a maximum input of 75W at 240V. For staple trimming, tungsten side cutters are recommended.
