Power-TEC 92645 Cold Glue Dent Pulling Kit — fast, safe glue-pulling without a glue gun

Power-TEC 92645 Cold Glue Dent Pulling Kit — fast, safe glue-pulling without a glue gun

Wednesday 03 December 2025
Have a look at Power-TEC’s Cold Glue Dent Pulling Kit (part number 92645) — a trade-focused, slide-hammer glue-pull system that uses hand-warmed “cold” glue instead of a hot-melt gun. The kit is engineered for fast, low-impact Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) where rear access is restricted and where preserving factory paint is essential.

Cold glue requires only the heat from the operator’s hands to soften, so no external heat source or glue gun is needed. That makes the 92645 ideal for PDR specialists and SMART repairers working on modern vehicles — including EVs and hybrids — where low-temperature, non-invasive methods are preferred.

  • Cold glue formula (50g included) — hand-warmed, chemically inert, fast tack and strong adhesion; removable and reusable when kept clean and grease-free.
  • Slide-hammer pull system — provides controlled pulling force for small dings and steady, incremental pulling on larger dents.
  • 4 alloy glue-adaptor pads — shaped to suit a variety of dent profiles for secure, centred adhesion.
  • Hand-pull guide handle — can be used with the slide-hammer or independently as a hand-puller.
  • Includes M12 x 1.75 pad holder adaptor — compatible with Power-TEC glue pads including part numbers 92095, 92378 and 92401.
  • Supplied in a robust blow-moulded case for workshop protection and organised storage.
  • Replacement glue available: Power-TEC part number 92646.
  • Safe for all vehicle types, including EVs/hybrids — no risk of voltage spikes associated with some thermal/weld-type methods.

How it works (simple, repeatable):
  1. Clean the repair area thoroughly.
  2. Soften a small amount of cold glue by working it between the hands.
  3. Press glue onto the most suitably shaped adaptor pad, attach to the dent (centre or edge depending on size), and use the slide-hammer or hand-pull handle to draw the dent out.
  4. Remove glue by hand when finished; if kept free from grease it can be reused.
Why cold glue?
Cold glue delivers instant tack and predictable adhesion without exposing paint to hot-melt temperatures. For technicians this means reduced risk of paint damage, no need to manage a hot glue gun on site, and a convenient process that suits mobile SMART repairs as well as workshop PDR. The 92645 Cold Glue Dent Pulling Kit gives technicians a safer, simpler alternative to hot-melt systems — it’s lightweight, fast to deploy and built to the demands of everyday workshop and mobile repair work.

Additionally, this slide-hammer based kit is ideal for hot glue repair, when used with hot glue pads/pulling tabs such as Power-TEC part number 92095.
