From Landrover to Ferrari, Classic Cars to the latest ultra modern heat treated alloys now being used by many vehicle manufacturers. The Alu-Max aluminium panel repair system is designed to repair accident damaged aluminium panels, all from the outside, thus avoiding the strip and refit process.
Using the Alu-Max stud welder with capacitor discharge technology and automatic pistol, studs are welded to the damaged panel with no distortion or burn through. Pulling collars or loops are then attached to the stud, ready for the appropriate "miracle" tool to be used to lift out the dent. Use the Stud Snippers to cut off the stud after repair and the collars and loops are re-usable.
