For all types of steel panel

Designed especially for auto body panel repair, the Miracle welder provides very low heat build up with excellent weld penetration. This allows the special pulling bits, used in miracle repair, to support extreme pulling pressure, without tearing or burning through the metal. The welder can be "tuned in" to suit the various metals now used by car manufacturers and works automatically. Touch the panel with the electrode and after a slight delay to allow for re positioning, it welds. The welder comes with a magnetic earth. MS7 welder shown (left) housed on a handy trolley.

Repairs dings & dents - scrapes & scratches

Use on all panels to repair dings, dents and scrapes whilst shrinking back metal stretch, all from the outside. The special tip welds automatically to the panel and a squeeze of the handle pulls the panel back to shape with full operator control. With this tool, you can quickly produce a perfect finish with little or no body filler.

Repair damage on semi structural panels

Repair damage on any semi structural parts of the vehicle whilst keeping the repair under control. Simply weld a line of special Miracle bits on to the damaged area and attach the Strong puller. Planishing and re-shaping the metal can be carried out whilst the panel is under tension. Repairing from the outside minimises the strip & refit process.

Repair damage on cosmetic panels

Use the Line Puller to rough out damage on any cosmetic panels, repairing body & panel lines and getting them back to their original shape. Working on two lines at the same time where necessary is no problem. A pair of vacuum cups help support the Line puller during the repair and a comparitor gauge enables measurements to be taken from the undamaged side to the damaged side of the vehicle. The panel can be kept under tension during planishing and re-shaping and the work is carried out all from the outside.
